A member of the Paris Bar, Alexandra Rochard holds a Master I in General Public Law and a Master II in Comparative European Public Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She joined VOLTA avocats in 2012.
She provides advisory and litigation services in urban planning, environmental, and local government law, and has gained extensive experience supporting renewable energy project developers. Alexandra also handles land-related issues and both civil and administrative contractual arrangements.
In recent years, she has developed specific expertise in land issues and matters related to the grid connection of wind energy projects. In this capacity, she manages several cases before the Dispute Settlement and Sanctions Committee (CoRDiS) of the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE), the Commercial Court, and the Paris Court of Appeal.
She has published several articles, notably on issues concerning the grid connection of renewable energy installations.
