Lisa Ragouilliaux

Lisa Ragouilliaux holds a Master 2 degree in Environmental and Urban Planning Law from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University. During her studies, she completed several internships at law firms specializing in environmental and urban planning law, allowing her to develop in-depth knowledge and practical experience in these fields. She also strengthened her expertise in administrative litigation during an internship at the Council of State.

Lisa joined VOLTA avocats in 2026. She provides both advisory and litigation support to stakeholders in the renewable energy sector, helping them develop, secure, and defend their projects.
