A Paris Bar attorney and Doctor of Public Law, Antoine Guiheux holds a degree in Public Business Law from the universities of Paris X and Paris I.
After working at a law firm specializing in cases before the Council of State and the Court of Cassation (1996-2007), he founded the firm VOLTA avocats (Renewable Energy department) in 2010.
He has been heavily involved in wind energy litigation since the early 2000s and has developed specific expertise in all forms of renewable energy (onshore and offshore wind, solar PV, hydroelectric, biomass, etc.). He advises developers, investors, and production facility operators on all aspects of their projects: permits, grid connection, energy sales, and acquisitions.
An active participant in the wind energy sector, he is a member of the board of directors of the professional federation "France Renouvelables," where he also serves as chair of the regional groups.
Antoine also teaches at the University of Versailles-Saint-Quentin and has published books and articles in his areas of expertise.
